I’m a Marine Corps Reservist with 10 years of service, a father of two wonderful girls, and a dedicated professional who has spent over 7 years working in the flooring industry before starting my own business. I have hands-on experience in carpet, tile, and hardwood demolition, as well as installation of LVP, laminate, and eng hardwood. I also handle minor subfloor repairs, floor prep including concrete grinding and leveling, drywall demolition, and trim work.
I take pride in being a hardworking, thorough professional who will treat your home or business as if it were my own. I offer flexible scheduling and am committed to doing my very best on every job — no matter how big or small.
At C.G. Flooring, our mission is simple: quality work, honest service, and complete customer satisfaction.
Hear It From Our Clients
Chris did an amazing job removing carpet and installing flooring on our stairs, and he was very generous in leading us newbies through the process. We greatly enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him. Extremely professional, helpful, and skilled. Bonus: he liked our cats.

We had a wonderful experience with Chris and Daniel! We needed our floors installed before a big event at our home and it was last minute. 1,100 sq ft.They got the job done in 3 days and we could not be more pleased with the result. They exceeded our expectation with their skilled installation and worked very hard.

FAQs
What types of flooring do you install? I specialize in installing luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and engineered hardwood. I also handle trim work and offer subfloor prep services to ensure a smooth, long-lasting installation.
Do you offer discounts? Yes — I proudly offer discounts for military members, first responders, healthcare workers, and educators. I also provide special pricing on larger projects and multiple-job packages.
Why should I choose your company over a big-box installer? As a Marine Corps Reservist and small business owner, I bring discipline, integrity, and personal dedication to every project. You’ll work directly with me and my team from start to finish — not with rotating crews — and I take pride in delivering quality results every time.
Do I need to move my furniture before installation? It’s helpful if furniture is cleared before installation, but I can assist with moving items if needed. We’ll go over these details during the estimate so you know what to expect.
Are you insured? Yes. I carry the proper insurance so you can feel confident your project is in good hands.
How long does a flooring project usually take? The timeline depends on the size of the space and the amount of prep work needed. Small rooms can often be completed in a day, while larger projects may take several days. I’ll always give you a clear timeframe up front.
Do you handle flooring removal and subfloor preparation? Yes. I remove old flooring such as carpet, tile, or hardwood, and I perform subfloor repairs, concrete grinding, and leveling as needed before new floors are installed.
Do you offer free estimates? Yes, I provide free, no-obligation estimates so you can feel confident before moving forward with your project.
Can you do smaller repair jobs or only full installations? I take on projects of all sizes — from small repairs to complete flooring installations. No job is too big or too small.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer? I start by discussing your needs and providing a clear estimate. Then I handle any prep work, such as removal or subfloor repairs, before completing the installation with attention to detail. Communication is open throughout to ensure your project is done right.
Do you require a deposit? Deposits are usually not required for smaller projects unless you want to reserve a specific date. For larger jobs, a deposit secures your spot and is applied to the final cost, with refunds available under certain circumstances.
How do you price your projects? How do you price your projects? Pricing is based on the type of flooring, the square footage, the condition of the subfloor, and any prep or repair work needed. Stairs and other detailed areas may add to the cost because they require more time and precision. Larger projects or multiple jobs may also qualify for discounted rates.
